Annual Leave Policy
The Annual Leave Policy Enable the employees to improve their quality of working life, by balancing their personal and working life.
Computer Usage Policy
The Computer Usage Policy sets out a framework to ensure that the company handles all personal information in a confidential and secure manner and ensures that all records meet legal the recommended regulatory compliance and professional practice.
The purpose of this policy is to ensure we do not breach the Data Protection Act 1998.
Drugs Alcohol Policy
The Drug & Alcohol Policy confirms the conditions and expectations the company has regarding the use of drugs and alcohol and issues and the activities that the company cannot condone in relation to these issues.
This policy confirms the company’s commitment to complying with BS EN ISO14001: 2015 Environmental Management Systems – Requirements, (and all associated legislation and codes of practice,) and will at all times ensure that its own systems comply with all the requirement of that standard.
Equality Diversity Policy
The Equality Diversity Policy aims to ensure that no applicant or member of staff receives less favourable treatment or is disadvantaged by conditions or requirements which cannot be shown to be relevant to performance. It seeks also to ensure that no person is victimised or subjected to any form of bullying or harassment.
Ethical Policy and CSR
This policy has been established to set standards and provide guidelines regarding the way Interr and its operating divisions should operate in Ethical matters. This policy focuses guidance in relation to matter with employees, customers, suppliers, the community, human rights, social responsibility, conflict of interest, information and records.
Fraud Anti-Bribery Policy
The Fraud & Anti-Bribery Policy outlines the basic requirements for prevention and management of fraud and bribery within the company ensuring that opportunities for fraud and bribery are reduced to the lowest possible level of risk. This policy confirms the expectations of all staff to act honestly and with integrity at all times to safeguard the company reputation and assets.
Health Safety Policy
The Health and Safety Policy confirms that the company complies with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and subsequent health and safety regulations appertaining to its operation. This policy outlines that the company accepts responsibilities for securing the health, safety and welfare of all its employees and states how this will be carried out.
The objective of information security policy is to ensure the business continuity of Interr and to minimize the risk of damage by preventing security incidents and reducing their potential impact.
Lone Worker Policy
The Lone Worker Policy is designed to alert staff to the potential risks presented by lone working, to identify the responsibilities both Interr and the employee has to ensure safety whilst lone working and to give staff a framework for managing potentially risky situations.
Maternity Leave Policy and Procedure
The maternity leave policy and procedure outlines our company’s policy in relation to maternity leave allowances and. This policy provides maternity benefits which comply with laws regarding maternity rights and statutory requirements. This policy applies to all female members of staff and aims to inform them of their entitlement to contractual and statutory maternity rights, it also ensures that those rights are understood.
Modern Slavery Policy
The Modern Slavery Policy confirms Interr’s commitment to ensuring that there is no slavery of human trafficking in our supply chains and working in conjuction with the Modern Slavery Act.
Paternity Leave Policy and Procedure
The paternity leave policy and procedure outlines our company’s policy in relation to ordinary paternity leave allowances and pay as well as additional paternity leave and pay for our employees. This policy provides paternity benefits which comply with laws regarding paternity rights and statutory requirements. This policy aims to ensure that these rights are understood.
The Quality Policy confirms that the company is to operate in line with the British Standards, BS.7960, 7499, 7858, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 9001:2008 Quality management systems. This policy outlines the company’s commitment to continuously improving the level of service delivered.
Recommend a Friend Scheme Policy
The Recommend a Friend Policy outlines the terms and requirements which an employee needs to meet to receive a bonus under the “Recommend a Friend” scheme. This scheme is designed to utilise an employee’s knowledge and personal contacts, in return for a bonus if a referral successfully completes their 3 month probationary period and then a further bonus for the completion of 6 months service.
Responsible Energy Management Policy
The Responsible Energy Management Policy confirms Interr’s understanding that we have an important role to play in helping to tackle climate change by significantly reducing its CO2 emissions.
Shared Parental Leave Policy and Procedure
The shared parental leave policy and procedure outlines out company’s policy in relation to shared parental leave allowances and pay for our employees. This policy provides benefits to parents that comply with laws regarding to share parental leave rights and statutory requirements. This policy aims to ensure that these rights are understood.
Social Media Policy
This policy provides guidance for employee use of social media, which should be broadly understood for purposes of this policy to include blogs, wikis, microblogs, message boards, chat rooms, electronic newsletters, online forums, social networking sites, and other sites and services that permit users to share information with others in a contemporaneous manner.
Additional leave options are available to help employees take time away from work for reasons that do not necessarily fall under existing leave policies.
The Training Policy confirms that the company is committed to structured training and development programmes for all staff, through induction, vocational and refresher training. This policy also outlines how training needs are met and reviewed to ensure continual development.
The TUPE Policy outlines Interr’s obligations under the TUPE (Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations) Regulations, and confirms that the company ensures a consistent and practical approach is followed during any transfer situation.
Violence at Work Policy
The Violence at Work Policy has been put in place in order to prevent, manage and respond to work-related violence. This policy applies to all staff working on our premises, including security personnel and contractors.
