Equality and diversity training 

Equal access to training, development and promotion opportunities is provided to all employees and all our staff are required to complete Equality and Diversity training not just at the start of their employment but also through our 6 monthly refreshers training modules.

Furthermore, all directors, senior managers and HR are made aware of the principles of equal opportunities and are responsible for ensuring these principles are passed on to colleagues and employees.
