Prior to our partnership, the group’s Loss Prevention Director for EMEA and their team were heavily involved in managing multiple security providers—over 20 at the time—rather than focusing on the strategic development of the group’s loss prevention programme.

The transition began with the simultaneous introduction of Interr’s services across the group’s stores and existing service providers, while also implementing a reduction in guarding hours at several locations. This tailored approach allowed Area Managers to assess and integrate country-specific requirements where necessary, ensuring a flexible yet standardised security model.

One of the key challenges the group faced was maintaining consistent security standards across all locations. By consolidating security management under Interr, we established a single point of contact, significantly reducing the workload of the loss prevention team. The value of this streamlined approach has been recognised through our increasing responsibilities, including the coordination of guarding services for new store openings and relocations.

In addition to static and reactive manned guarding, we provide a range of specialised security solutions, including media event security, close protection, and keyholding services.

As the group has continued to expand, so has our support. In addition to securing its original portfolio of brands, Interr now provides security services for additional high-profile fashion and luxury brands within the group, reinforcing our role as a trusted security partner across its entire global retail network.
