A Leading Flexible Workspace Provider

Our relationship with a leading flexible workspace provider began in mid-2016 when we were recommended to their Global Security leadership following service challenges with their existing UK supplier.

After successfully trialling our services in one London building, we were invited to take over security operations for additional locations across the city while also delivering cost efficiencies.

Today, we provide comprehensive security services across the provider’s entire UK portfolio, as well as in Germany, France, the Netherlands, and the Nordics. Our service includes an international security operations centre, mobile response officers, building security officers, and special event officers.

This provider continuously evaluates its security needs, and our close partnership, combined with our ability to adapt to evolving requirements, has ensured that its security programme remains aligned with operational demands in a dynamic environment.

More recently, we were entrusted with redesigning the static guarding model by integrating intelligence-led mobile response officers. In addition to patrolling designated clusters of buildings, this team is rapidly deployable to areas of particular need based on real-time insights from the security operations centre. Initially implemented in London, this model has since been expanded to Germany, with France set to follow. When combined with static officers, this approach enhances the provider’s ability to respond proactively to threats and emerging security trends.

Through ongoing training, development, and management support, we continuously enhance our officers’ skill sets to better serve the provider’s security programme.

The introduction of our learning platform, along with our accreditation as a Highfield Training Provider, has enabled further investment in officer training while maintaining budget efficiency. Our commitment to innovation is reflected in our continuous adoption of new systems and technologies.

The strength of our partnership has also led to ‘in-house’ positions being offered to members of our team, reinforcing the successful alignment between our security services and the provider’s brand values.
